Can you believe it's already April? Crap! I was so hoping to be ready for "swim suit season" by now. I am guessing that putting on your work out clothes and then just parking your butt in front of your computer to read blogs all day, doesn't really count as "aerobic" activity.....does it? Does bending down to tie my shoe laces count? A little?

I guess you've just got to earn it.......

It's kind of like when you hear your brilliant 3 year old spelling the word "bananas" at the breakfast table. You are thrilled and a bit proud to think that you've help her learn how to spell.......but then she continues on......"I ain't no Hollaback Girl, this dress is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S!" (well, at least she thinks the words are "This dress is bananas..."instead of the realwords)

On a different note.......Friday, I overheard a conversation between Braden and his best bud Tyler, it went like this -

Tyler: Did she kiss you?

Braden: No!

Tyler: Did you kiss her?

Braden: No! I didn't want to get slapped!

Tyler: Oh, man........

At that point Bryce came in crying....so I have no idea what they said next.

It just cracks me up that they were discussing girls.....already! It seems like just yesterday he and Tyler were little 3 year olds, having conversations about which slide they wanted to slide down....not what girls they want to kiss!

The next night we went out to dinner, and I casually brought up that I oveheard he and Tyler talking about kissing someone. I asked him if he would tell me who he was talking about. He just smiled and shook his head "No". So, Rob gave it a try, "Mom, he 's not going to tell you......it's a guy thing, right Braden?" Then Braden gets a funny look on his face and says, "Uh, no Dad, it's just a 'people my age' thing."

How is it that they keep getting older......and I am still just 21?
